For founders who want more than motivation

Business Coaching that builds real momentum

You already know what you should be doing. You need someone to help you see what you keep avoiding — and build a plan that actually survives Monday morning.

Book your clarity call

Sound familiar?

Most founders who reach out to us are stuck in one of these patterns. They are not broken — they are just too close to the problem.

Revenue plateau

You hit a comfortable number eighteen months ago and nothing you try moves the needle. New tactics feel like rearranging furniture on a sinking ship. The issue is almost never marketing — it is usually a structural bottleneck hiding in your operations or pricing model.

Decision fatigue

Every week brings twelve "should we…?" conversations and none of them get resolved. Your team waits for you to decide, and you wait for certainty that never arrives. A coaching engagement gives you a framework for faster, less reversible decisions.

Founder loneliness

Your partner, your friends, even your co-founder — none of them fully get the weight you carry. You need a thinking partner who has sat in your chair and can challenge your assumptions without an agenda of their own.

How an engagement works

No twelve-module course. No workbook you will never open. Here is the actual structure.

1

Clarity call — 45 minutes, no charge

We map your current situation: revenue, team size, biggest frustration, and what "better" looks like for you specifically. If we are not the right fit, we will say so and point you somewhere useful. About half of these calls end with a recommendation, not a sale.

2

Deep diagnostic — weeks one and two

We review your financials, org chart, customer pipeline, and daily calendar. We interview up to three key people on your team (with your permission). The output is a one-page map of your three highest-leverage changes — not a 40-slide deck.

3

Biweekly working sessions — ongoing

Every two weeks we meet for 75 minutes. The first 15 minutes review what happened since last time. The remaining hour is dedicated to one strategic problem. You leave with a decision made and a next action assigned — not more homework.

4

Async support between sessions

You get a private channel for quick questions, draft reviews, and "am I overthinking this?" moments. Response time is typically under four hours during business days. This alone is worth the engagement for many clients.

5

Quarterly reset

Every 90 days we step back and evaluate: are we still working on the right problem? Has the landscape shifted? This prevents the coaching from becoming a comfortable routine instead of a growth engine.

Two stories worth reading

From 6 employees to 22 — without burning out

SaaS founder, Montreal region, B2B vertical

When we started working together, this founder was personally handling customer onboarding, product decisions, and hiring interviews. Within six months we restructured the org into three clear pods, hired a head of operations, and freed up 15 hours of founder time per week. Revenue grew 41% in the following year because the founder could finally focus on partnerships and product vision instead of putting out fires every afternoon.

Pricing overhaul that added $180k annually

Service agency owner, Gatineau–Ottawa corridor

This agency had been charging hourly for seven years. We modelled three value-based pricing tiers, tested them with five existing clients, and rolled out the new structure over eight weeks. Not a single client left. Average project value increased by 62%, and the owner stopped tracking billable hours entirely — a psychological shift that changed how the whole team approached client work.

Questions we hear often

A consultant diagnoses a problem, hands you a report, and leaves. We stay in the room with you while you implement. Our job is to make you better at running your business — not to run it for you. The skills you build in a coaching engagement stay with you long after we stop meeting.

Engagements start at a flat monthly rate that we discuss during the clarity call. We do not publish a price list because the scope varies — a solo founder needs a different cadence than a CEO with a leadership team of five. What we can say: most clients see a return within the first 90 days that far exceeds the fee.

We are most effective with businesses that already have revenue and at least one employee besides the founder. Pre-revenue startups benefit more from accelerator programs or mentorship networks. If you are in that stage, we are happy to recommend alternatives during the clarity call.

Absolutely. About 70% of our clients meet via video. For founders in the Gatineau–Ottawa area, we also offer in-person sessions at our office or a location of your choice. The diagnostic phase often works better in person because we can observe your workspace and team dynamics firsthand.

There is no long-term contract. After the initial 90-day commitment, either side can end the engagement with 30 days notice. We would rather you leave feeling great about the progress than stay out of obligation. Many clients cycle in and out — working intensively for six months, pausing, then returning when a new challenge arises.

Start a conversation

No pitch deck, no pressure. Just tell us what you are working on and we will figure out if there is a fit.
